The dispatch of the products takes place fundamental after receipt (vorauskasse etc.), or by cash on delivery. After receipt of the invoice amount the commodity becomes within 24 to 48 Std. (working-day) delivered to the customer. (this applies only to vorkasse, not for cash on delivery). The supply takes place via UPS.
If you should have reason for complaint, contact us please by telephone. So that we it fast to work on can. We will communicate then immediately further information to you for completion. As a rule you receive the necessary Trackingnummer.
